At The Velvet Edit, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimates, swimwear, earrings, and other hygiene-sensitive items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
